Privacy Policy

How Hineni Group Digital LLC handles the information you share with us.

Last updated: June 2026. This policy is written in plain language for a US-based small business. It is provided in good faith and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before you rely on it.

Who we are

Hineni Group Digital LLC ("Hineni," "we," "us") is a Tallahassee, Florida–based studio offering websites, photography, social media management, and book ghostwriting. You can reach us anytime at mike@hinenigroup.us.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you use our contact form, you may submit:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organization (optional)
  • The type of help you're looking for
  • Your current website address, if you share it for a free review (optional)
  • Anything you write in the message field

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, understand what you need, and follow up about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your clear consent.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It helps us understand general, aggregated traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited) without using cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors or tracking you across other websites. Because of this, our site does not require a cookie consent banner.

Third-party services

A few trusted services help this site work. When you interact with them, their own privacy policies apply:

  • Formspree — delivers our contact-form submissions to us by email.
  • Calendly — lets you book a call; if you schedule, you share information directly with Calendly.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides the privacy-friendly analytics described above.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party tools (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies when you interact with them; those are governed by the third party's policy.

Data retention

We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing mike@hinenigroup.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we'll honor those that apply.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
